ABOUT ME

     My name is Jerald Orillaza and I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and ACE Group Fitness Instructor.  I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have worked with hundreds of clients throughout the Chicagoland area.  

     I have trained clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.  My specialties include:  fat loss, muscle gain, general fitness, and athletic performance.  My goal is to guide, support, educate, and motivate you throughout your health and fitness journey while doing it in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

How often should I train? 

It depends on what your goals are and how fast you want to achieve them. Clients typically train about 2-3x a week.

Do you write meal plans?

I am not a Registered Dietitian, so it is illegal for me to write meal plans.  However, I can educate you on making healthy lifestyle choices (food and eating behaviors).

Do you sell training packages?

You can message me on Facebook or fill out the contact form if you want to purchase training packages.

​

Do you train outside River North?

Yes, I can train in the Loop, Gold Coast, West Loop, or Streeterville.  Be aware that session prices may be higher.

Do you offer free sessions?

Every client gets a 30 minute complimentary training session/fitness consultation.  

​

Why are your prices much lower than other trainers?

I have a passion for helping others and believe that reaching your health and fitness goals should be affordable.  It also helps clients be more consistent and reach their goals faster.
